設(shè)備由激光刻印系統(tǒng)、熱壓系統(tǒng)、機(jī)體、輸送裝置、切割裝置、落料裝置、安全檢測(cè)裝置、砂輪片切割裝置、人機(jī)界面及可編程控制器等組成。設(shè)備功能及特點(diǎn)是通過輸送裝置帶動(dòng)產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行到尺寸開關(guān)位置，進(jìn)行激光標(biāo)記刻印、套管表面熱壓后再進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品切割，切斷后落料裝置將產(chǎn)品放到指定位置，計(jì)數(shù)器計(jì)數(shù)一次，重復(fù)運(yùn)行到設(shè)定的產(chǎn)品數(shù)量，設(shè)備將自動(dòng)停止運(yùn)行。本設(shè)備采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制送管速度，具有刻印標(biāo)記清晰、熱壓效果好、切割精度高、切斷端面平整、操作簡(jiǎn)單、工作效率高、性能穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)方便、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，適用于多品種、多規(guī)格長(zhǎng)度的拉索套管類產(chǎn)品批量。 The equipment consists of laser engraving system, hot pressing system, body, conveying device, cutting device, blanking device, safety testing device, grinding wheel cutting device, human-machine interface and programmable controller.The functions and characteristics of the equipment are to drive the products to the size switch position through the conveying device, carry out laser marking, hot press on the surface of the sleeve and then conduct product cutting. Functions and features of the equipment

1. Drive the product to the size switch position through the conveying device, carry out laser marking and engraving, and cut the product after hot pressing on the surface of the sleeve.
