The equipment consists of the organism, the pay-off device, the cutting device, the servo traction device, the peeling device, the patterning device, the programmable controller and the man-machine interface.

 

■ Equipment functions and features

 

1. Traction the steel wire to the set length through the servo traction device. After cutting, transport the steel wire to the peeling device for the peeling process; after completion, transport the steel wire to the beating device for the beating process.

 

2. The equipment adopts automatic control and servo precise positioning, and has the characteristics of simple operation, high precision of cutting size, high production efficiency, stable performance and easy maintenance.

 

■ Processing range

 

Cutting product length: 300-400mm

 

Cutting products outside diameter: Φ 2.5 4.50 mm (need to replace the corresponding tool)

 

Production efficiency: 4000-6000 pieces/shift (depending on cutting length and air pressure)
