自動切管機
本設(shè)備采用步進電機控制送管速度，具有切割精度高、切斷端面平整、飛皮毛刺較少、操作簡單、工作效率高、故障率低、性能穩(wěn)定、維護方便、使用壽命長，適用于拉索套管類品種較多且長度規(guī)格不一樣 。
This equipment adopts stepper motor to control pipe feeding speed, which has high cutting precision, flat cutting end face, less flying fur thorn, simple operation, high working efficiency, low failure rate, stable performance, easy maintenance, long service life, suitable for various types of cable sleeves and different length specifications.

1、設(shè)備組成
設(shè)備由機體、切割裝置、落料裝置、輸送裝置、安全檢測裝置、裝卸砂輪裝置、人機界面及可編程控制器等組成。
2、工作原理
通過輸送裝置帶動產(chǎn)品運行到尺寸開關(guān)位置，切割裝置啟動，切斷產(chǎn)品后落料裝置將產(chǎn)品放到指定位置，計數(shù)器計數(shù)一次，重復(fù)運行到設(shè)定的產(chǎn)品數(shù)量，設(shè)備將自動停止運行。
1、 Equipment composition
The equipment consists of body, cutting device, blanking device, conveying device, safety testing device, loading and unloading grinding wheel device, human-machine interface and programmable controller.
2、 Working Principle
After cutting off the product, the blanking device will put the product in the specified position. The counter will count once and run repeatedly to the set product quantity. Then the equipment will automatically stop running.
