大眾修復(fù)80%作弊柴油車 仍需贏得消費者信任

　　7月17日報道，歐盟16日表示，自2015年丑聞以來，德國汽車巨頭大眾集團已經(jīng)修復(fù)了數(shù)百萬輛裝有排放作弊軟件的汽車，但必須采取更多措施來滿足歐洲消費者需求。
 
　　2015年，大眾集團承認在全球1100萬輛柴油車上安裝了所謂的“減效裝置”，以便在車輛排放測試中作弊，事件曝光后，大眾推出了修理排放軟件的行動方案。
 
　　歐盟消費者事務(wù)委員薇拉 堯羅娃(Vera Jourova)表示，大眾集團已在很大程度上實現(xiàn)了他們承諾的行動方案。不過，該公司對歐洲和美國消費者采取了區(qū)別對待的方案。在美國，大眾同意向車主和經(jīng)銷商支付賠償金，在歐洲主要是修復(fù)作弊汽車。然而，大眾并未對車輛修復(fù)后可能出現(xiàn)的問題給出全面與明確的承諾，堯羅娃稱，歐盟委員會、歐盟的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)對此表示遺憾
 
　　堯羅娃表示，大眾集團目前已經(jīng)修復(fù)了歐洲850萬輛裝有減效裝置汽車中的約80%。汽車修理率從德國的96%到羅馬尼亞的36%不等，預(yù)計將于2020年完成全部故障車輛的修復(fù)。
